Aluminia hall description
Aluminia hall is the perfect choice for industrial purposes. It can be used as an extension of an existing building, an extension of another Aluminia unit or as a standalone unit. The strong construction ensures safety and durability, while the modularity of the hall allows for complete adaptability to your needs. Dimensional adaptability of the building is feasible in the shortest possible time and without high construction costs. To rent a hall is a quick and economical solution for a temporary space. The entire Aluminia hall can also be moved to a new location.
The construction is made of high quality non-anodised aluminium profiles, coupled with hot-dip galvanised elements. Snow load capacity is ensured with angular support, while for larger spans an additional horizontal tightening clamp is provided. The structure is placed directly onto asphalt and is anchored with wedges.
The roof is covered with a PVC tent cover. To prevent condensation on the roof of the hall, an anti-condensate sheet can be installed. The Aluminia hall offers closing walls with PVC tent cover, trapezoidal sheet metal or insulating wall panels up to 80 mm in thickness.
The high-quality PVC tent cover features a polyester mesh and a PVC layer on both sides. The white translucent colour of the sheet ensures light transmittance. We offer the option of choosing a white opaque PVC sheet that prevents light penetration into the room. All PVC covers have been certified in accordance with DIN 4102 and meet the B1 fire retardant standard due to the materials’ high fire resistance.
A variety of accessories such as industrial doors, personnel doors, windows, gutters and drainage pipes, insulated and non-insulated liners and double roof tarpaulins can be installed on the structure.
Our qualified and experienced team can offer you a turnkey solution that includes a tailor-made concept and in accordance with to your requirements, technical consulting, spatial planning, design, engineering and assembly of the structure.
