SIMPLe hall description
The SIMPLe system hall is an effective and economical choice for solving overcrowding. Supported by a steel construction, it delivers great snow and wind loads, and can be delivered quickly. Roof cover and walls are available either as trapezoidal steel sheets or insulated panels. You can also choose from a wide array of optional equipment, such as doors, windows, lighting, and HVAC. The SIMPLe hall is a state-of-the art solution regardless of whether you need temporary or permanent warehousing, industrial, production, logistics facilities, etc.
The SIMPLe hall framework and substructure are made of cold-rolled profiles with continuous hot-dip galvanised steel strip. The halls are anchored with concrete anchors into a reinforced concrete foundation or slab. Using anchor stakes, the halls can also be erected directly on a paved surface without the need to prepare any foundations in advance.
Non-insulated facilities feature trapezoidal metal sheet cladding, whereas the roof is covered with felt-lined trapezoidal sheets.
Insulated facilities feature a cladding with 40 – 120 mm thick insulated wall and roof panels.
The systems allow for the installation of optional accessories, such as industrial doors, wicket gates, windows, skylights, ventilating ridge seals, translucent roof covers, parapets, porches.
When erecting the hall on a paved surface, it is sealed with cut-in sheet metal and sealant. If the hall is constructed on a concrete surface, the customer provides the parapet wall for the installation of drip edges.
